Allumer — Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, creating an account, or attending an Allumer event, you agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Allumer organizes curated in-person social events for adults, including Spark, Glow, and Flame tiers, as an alternative to dating apps. Formats and venues vary and are subject to change.

3. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older. Some events take place at venues serving alcohol. Allumer may refuse registration or entry for any lawful reason.

4. Tickets and Payment

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, a third-party service subject to its own terms. Prices are non-negotiable. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before an event. No refunds are available within 48 hours, although tickets may be transferred to a future event.

5. Event Conduct

Phones are off during structured portions. Respectful behavior is expected, and harassment or discrimination is not tolerated. Staff may remove attendees without a refund for violations. Allumer does not conduct criminal background checks; attendees must exercise their own judgment and safety practices.

6. Assumption of Risk

In-person events carry inherent risk, including interacting with strangers, travel, and activity-specific risks. Allumer does not guarantee romantic outcomes or compatibility.

7. Photography

Allumer may photograph or record events for promotional use. Attendees consent to appearing in this media unless they notify staff in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

The Allumer name, logo, and branding are proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allumer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the ticket price paid.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.
