Allumer operates theallumer.com and organizes in-person social events.

2. Information We Collect

We collect name, email, and age directly for eligibility. Payment is handled entirely by Eventbrite, and Allumer does not store card information. We automatically collect website usage through Google Analytics, ad interaction through Meta Pixel, and product analytics through PostHog.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for event registration and communication, payment processing through Eventbrite, marketing updates when opted in, measuring and improving marketing and site performance, and maintaining safety at events.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technology from Google Analytics, Meta, and PostHog. These can be controlled in browser settings, although disabling them may affect functionality.

5. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data with Eventbrite for ticketing and payment, Google and GA4 for analytics, Meta for advertising measurement, and PostHog for product analytics. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Retention

Information is retained as long as needed to operate the business and meet legal obligations. Deletion requests are honored as described in Section 8.

7. Children's Privacy

The service is intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Reasonable protective measures are used, but no method is 100% secure.
